About the Jain Icon Network
A verified directory of Jain social media creators, built by the Jain Icon Awards. 150 creators · 1.2 Cr combined reach · 33 cities.
Why it exists
Jain creators have built real audiences, but they have been building them alone. There has never been one place where a Jain page can be found, where creators can find each other, or where the samaj can see how much reach it collectively has.
The Jain Icon Awards has spent two years honouring these creators. The network is what happens between award ceremonies — the awards stop being an annual event and become the infrastructure connecting Jain digital media year-round.
How verification works
The model is the one people already know from Udemy and LinkedIn. Udemy is the issuing authority: it gives you a credential with an ID and a public verify URL, and LinkedIn merely displays it. Anyone who clicks confirms it on Udemy’s own site, so the badge cannot be faked.
Here, JIA is the issuing authority for Jain digital media. But there is one step Udemy does not need and we do — Udemy already knew who you were, because you were logged in. We do not. So verification has two gates.
Gate 1 — you prove you own the account
We generate a one-time code, for example JIA-7F3K2. You either DM it to the official JIA account from the account you are claiming, or put it in your bio for a short while. Only the real owner can do either.
We never ask for your password and never need access to your account.
Gate 2 — the JIA team reviews the page
Content aligned with Jain values, genuinely active, meeting the follower floor for its tier. This is the gate that gives the badge meaning — without it, “verified” would mean nothing more than typing a code correctly.
Then the certificate is issued
You receive a permanent ID like JIA-2026-0142 and a public page at /verify/JIA-2026-0142 that anyone can check. Put that link in your bio — it is your proof, and it brings people back into the network.
Certificates can be revoked. If a creator’s conduct changes, the verify page immediately says so, and every badge they have posted becomes checkably invalid. That revocability is what makes the badge worth holding. Verification is renewed annually so the network’s numbers stay honest.

Campaigns, and what we will never do
When something happens that the samaj needs to respond to — an issue at a tirth kshetra, the 2027 census — JIA can notify every relevant verified creator within the hour, with a ready caption, hashtags and an asset pack. Targeting can be narrowed by region, category or skill, so a Shikharji issue reaches creators covering that region first.
Joining a campaign is always the creator’s choice. We will never post on your behalf, never require participation, and never penalise anyone for saying no. Creators who do join are listed publicly on the campaign page, because that record is what turns scattered posts into something the community can point to.
Your data
Your email and phone number are used to notify you about campaigns and are never shown publicly. Follower counts are self-reported and spot-checked during verification — we do not have API access to your accounts and do not want it.
Profiles are deliberately public and open to search engines and AI assistants. That is the point: when someone asks who covers a subject, the samaj’s own directory should be what they find.
